Nice post. Reading father of the groom speech samples is a good way to start. I would say that writing a wedding speech is very much like writing a personal letter. It is quite difficult to create a speech from scratch but once you’ve started, the ideas will begin to flow naturally. Based on my own experience, it was actually my wife who suggested that I try to look for sample wedding speeches online. She knew that I was trouble composing.
